container of fruit on the bottom yogurt (everybody likes strawberry.)
16 to 24 Oz milk
2 to 3 rounded teaspoons of sugar (sometimes necessary for
kids)
Directions:
Combine
in a blender and whip until it looks like a milk shake.
Serve with some other food the first time.

son would drink 2 glasses at lunch, instead of me bribing him
with cookies to finish 1 glass of milk.
