"I Don't Want Milk" Yogurt Milk Shake

Ingredients:

1 8oz container of fruit on the bottom yogurt (everybody likes strawberry.)
16 to 24 Oz milk
2 to 3 rounded teaspoons of sugar (sometimes necessary for kids)

Directions:
Combine in a blender and whip until it looks like a milk shake.
Serve with some other food the first time.
Additional Comments:
My son would drink 2 glasses at lunch, instead of me bribing him with cookies to finish 1 glass of milk.
