Yogurt or Cottage Cheese Crunch

Ingredients:

Yogurt or Low Fat Cottage Cheese
Non Sugary Cereal
Raisins
Crushed Graham Crackers

Directions:
Use yogurt or low fat cottage cheese and add nonsugary cereal, raisins, crushed graham crackers, etc. to make it crunchy. You can arrange it into a small glass in layers to make it look like a fancy dessert. You can also let children make their own yogurt sundae. Supply bowls, plain yogurt, cut-up fruit, and toppings of chopped nuts, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, and dry cereal.
