Clean
4 peppers and remove seeds. Mix the following together and stuff
the peppers:
1 cup quick rice
1/2 cup water
8 ounces no-added salt tomato sauce
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons basil
Cover
stuffed peppers and microwave for 15 minutes on 50 percent power
