White fish or orange roughy fillets
1 tsp. Cajun spice
1 Tbsp. Paprika
Ground black pepper
I lemon
Directions:
Preheat
broiler. Arrange fillets on a broiler pan lined with aluminum
foil. Sprinkle fillets heavily with cajun spice and paprika.
Broil for 5 to 6 minutes no more than 6 inches from heat source
until flesh flakes when touched with fork. Season with pepper
and lemon juice to taste.
