Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow
bowl. Mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional
Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow
bowl. Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and
then in breadcrumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Note: You may have to
adjust measurements depending on size of chicken breasts
