Low-fat Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1-tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated horseradish
1/4-cup lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2-cup ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in casserole in a single layer. Place vinegar, salt, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a 2-cup measuring cup; fill to the 1-cup level with ketchup and stir. Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Bake about 40 minutes or until tender.
