any sugar-free Jell-O flavor
1 1/2 cup any canned fruit, drained
8 oz. Light whipped topping
Directions:
Dissolve
packages of Jell-O in separate bowls using 1 cup boiling water.
Stir 1/2 cup cold water into each separate bowl. Pour each Jell-O
mixture into separate 8 X 8-inch pans. Refrigerate for 1hour.
Remove Jell-O from refrigerator, add mixed fruit, and place
in refrigerator a second time until completely firm. Cut Jell-O
into 1-inch cubes. In a sundae glass, layer gelatin/fruit, then
whipped topping, then gelatin then whipped topping. Repeat layers
as desired. Refrigerate until service.
