1 grapefruit
1 banana (not too ripe)
2 navel oranges
1 apple
Seedless grapes
Orange juice
Directions:
Peel
all the fruit except the grapes. Pull off as much of the membrane
surrounding the grapefruit and orange slices as you can, and
pick out any seeds. Make sure you cut out the core of the apple.
You can use a special corer, which cuts a hole through the center
of the apple, or you can cut the apple in quarters and cut the
core away from the thin end of each wedge. Cut the peeled fruit
into bite-sized pieces. Cut the grapes in half. Mix all the
fruit together in a ceramic, glass, or stainless steel bowl.
(The acid in the fruit will eat away an aluminum bowl.) Sprinkle
the fruit mixture with a little orange juice and stir everything
together. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator
for at least an hour.
