Fat-Free Frozen Fruit Cups


These frozen treats satisfy an 8 p.m. sweet tooth
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 3 hours
Yield: 8 1/2-cup servings


Ingredients:

16-ounce bag frozen whole strawberries
2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
9-ounce can crushed pineapple and juice
12-ounce can sugar-free lemon lime soft drink

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Ladle 1 cup of fruit and juice into 8 12-ounce disposable plastic cups. Freeze for 3 hours. Microwave on high power for 55 seconds to soften to perfect slushiness.
