Festive English Muffin

Ingredients:

1 English muffin
1/4 cup Salsa
1/4
cup Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

1. Split and lightly toast English muffin
2. Spread salsa on each muffin half
3. Top each half with cheese
4. Place in toaster oven set to 400F for about 7 minutes

Makes 1 serving

To lower fat content, use reduced fat cheese!
