Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

1 ready-made pizza crust
1 28 ounce can tomato puree
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon basil
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix tomato puree, garlic and herbs in saucepan. Bring almost to boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Spread sauce on pre-made crust. (You probably won't use it all. Freeze the rest for next time.) Sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake at 500 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cook's Notes Everyone loves pizza. A brightly flavored salad of spinach, red onion and oranges can complete--and complement the dinner.
