Chili fries-Low fat

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds baking potatoes - peeled and cut in long, thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Arrange potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about35 minutes or until lightly browned.
