Banana Pops

Ingredients:

2 cups low fat plain yogurt
1 large banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Mix 2 cups of low-fat, plain yogurt with 1 cup of mashed banana, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Pour into six 4-oz. Paper cups, insert Popsicle sticks in the center, and freeze until firm. Remove cup from frozen pop and serve.
