Preheat
oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium skillet, combine beans
in sauce, chili powder, cumin, green onions, and salsa. Cook
uncovered over medium heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, spread
baked tortilla chips out on a large baking sheet. Spoon a
small amount of bean mixture on each tortilla chip, then sprinkle
cheese on top of beans. Bake for 15 minutes. Pass additional
salsa as needed.
