Fruit Kabobs
 
Ingredients:

1 banana, sliced into ‘coins’
1 apple cut into small chunks
1 cantaloupe cut into chunks or balls
Small chunks of assorted cheeses
Fruit juice of any kind (try orange or apple)
Dried coconut

Directions:
On a skewer or other thin stick, arrange first 4 ingredients in any order. Dip kabob in juice and then roll in coconut.
